Job Description:

As a professional in telecalling, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will involve making outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and achieving sales targets. We are ing for a candidate with a proven track record in telecalling and a strong ability to establish a good rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

– Making cold calls to prospective clients to market our products and services.

– Achieving sales targets by communicating product features and benefits to potential customers.

– Maintaining positive rapport with customers to build long-term relationships.

– Staying updated on product details, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

– Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

– Conducting follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

– 1 to 3 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.

– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

– Excellent business communication skills.

– Experience with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of CRM systems.

– Ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 9-hour day shift (Mon-Fri)
