Telecalling ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone. The role involves promoting products or services, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities: -
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products or services clearly and confidently
• Schedule appointments or follow-ups
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
• Coordinate with sales and support teams when required
• Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good listening and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
