Telecalling Executive

We are hiring Telecallers for Bank Recovery (Credit Card / Personal Loan / Loan Collection).

Job Responsibilities:

• Calling customers regarding overdue payments

• Explaining outstanding dues and convincing for payment

• Regular follow-up with customers

• Maintaining daily call records and reports

• Achieving monthly recovery targets

Eligibility:

• Freshers & Experienced both can apply

• Experience in banking recovery/collections will be an added advantage

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Good convincing & negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and disciplined approach

• Basic computer knowledge required

Job Details:

• Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives
