Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller to contact customers over the phone and provide information about our products/services.
- Responsibilities:Make outbound and receive inbound calls
- Explain products or services clearly to delivery partners
- Answer delivery partners questions politely
- Follow up with interested delivery partners
- Maintain call records and delivery partners details
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English (and local language preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly and confident speaking skills
