Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage incoming sales leads generated through platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and other digital channels.

Contact potential customers to understand their requirements related to water purification or treatment systems.

Share product information, prepare and send quotations, and explain solutions to clients.

Perform regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, quotations, and follow-ups.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Coordinate with the technical/sales team when required for project discussions.

Perform other sales-related tasks to support business growth.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp communication).

Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling preferred.

Ability to manage leads and maintain follow-up schedules.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
