Job Description

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the USA/Canada
  • Pitch telecom services (Internet, TV, Home Security, etc.)
  • Explain offers, plans, and benefits clearly to customers
  • Generate sales and close deals over the phone
  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Google Sheets
  • Follow company scripts and sales guidelines
  • Meet daily and weekly sales targets
  • Required Skills:Fluent in English (must)
  • Punjabi speaking preferred
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus
  • Comfortable working in night shift
