Job Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers


Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales


Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers


Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions


Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales systems


Follow up on leads and pending sales


Handle customer objections and complaints professionally


Coordinate with sales and support teams for order processing


Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions


Required Skills & Qualifications


Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass (as per company requirement)


Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role (preferred)


Excellent communication and persuasion skills


Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure


Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)


Strong listening and problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills


Experience in B2B / B2C telesales


Multilingual ability (an advantage)


Knowledge of CRM software


Customer-oriented mindset
