Telesales Executive

Ramcon Group / Thenexcall is a growing sales and marketing company providing outbound calling services for telecom and home security companies across Canada. We specialize in customer acquisition, account upgrades, and service reactivations.

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to customers in Canada.
• Present and sell internet, TV, home security, and telecom services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
• Handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer details in CRM/dialer systems.
• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with backend team for order processing.
• RequirementsGood English communication skills (Punjabi is a plus).
• Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred.
• Confidence in speaking with international customers.
• Ability to work in night shift (Canada hours).
• Basic computer knowledge.
