Job summary
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to visa services.
- Explain visa types, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
- Maintain client database and update CRM systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.
🎓 Required Qualifications- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
