Job Description
A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion over the phone.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Contact potential and existing customers via phone to sell products or services, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead Management: Generate leads for outside sales teams and manage customer accounts by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
