• Answer incoming calls and provide information about the company’s services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve their doubts.
• Guide customers through the application or registration process.
• 3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:Maintain a database of potential customers and update call records.
• Follow up on previous leads and nurture them towards conversion.
• Schedule appointments or consultations with experts.
• 4. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle objections and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
• 5. Sales & Target Achievement:
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Promote offers, discounts, or special services to boost sales.
• Work closely with the sales team to close deals.
• 6. Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain call logs, sales reports, and customer records in the CRM.
• Provide regular updates to the team or management.
