Job Title:

Telecaller – Immigration Services (Part-time, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

• Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in immigration services.
• Provide accurate information about visa processes, eligibility, and documentation.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries and answer customer queries regarding immigration programs.
• Explain services and convert leads into consultations or applications.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies.
• Requirements:Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or immigration consulting preferred.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Skills:Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; additional languages a plus).
• Ability to persuade and handle objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email).
• Availability: Must be available from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday-Saturday).
