Job Summary

Drive loan product sales through outbound Tele Sales efforts, converting leads into customers by delivering compelling product pitches, handling objections, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion:

o Initiate outbound calls to potential customers (suspects) and convert them into prospects and eventually into loan customers.

o Conduct need analysis and eligibility profiling.

• Customer Engagement:

o Establish contact through multiple call attempts, including off-hours if needed.

• Sales Support:

o Collaborate with field sales officers to improve conversion rates.

o Share feedback and coordinate on customer requirements.

• Product Knowledge:

o Maintain thorough understanding of loan products, policies, and competitor offerings.

o Stay updated on market trends and customer objections.
