Job Description
- Key Roles & Responsibilities – Travel ConsultantHandle domestic and international travel inquiries from clients
- Design and customize travel packages as per customer requirements
- Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, hotels, flights, and tour activities
- Book air tickets, hotels, transport, and tour services
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors for best deals
- Ensure timely confirmation of bookings and issue travel documents
- Resolve customer queries and provide post-booking support
- Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
