Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our US-based process team.

This is a night shift position ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Stay informed on airline fares, travel policies, and industry updates.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and transaction logs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass or Diploma
• Proficiency in Spanish is required
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work night shifts (US Process)
• Prior experience in BPO or the travel industry is an added advantage, but not mandatory
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
