Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Travel Consultants to promote and sell our domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to provide customized travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages to individual and group customers.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries and destinations.

Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally and promptly.

Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals based on client preferences and budgets.

Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, pricing, and competitor offers.

Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
