Responsibilities:-
1. Data handling, on MS Excel, and MS word.
2. Sending E-Mails to the hotels, and sight spots.
3. Informing travel agents about new updates, deals and promotions, etc.
4. Ensuring, the customer has a positive experience with the company.
5. Stimulate a healthy relationship with the agents.
6. Handling all voice and non-voice process.
