Mint Global LLC, a Dubai-based Wealth & Real Estate Advisory firm, is expanding its India operations and building a dedicated in-house Digital & Content Team to support its growing portfolio of global investment business.

We are hiring Content Strategists / Script Writers, Video Editors (Reels & Short-Form Content), and Graphic Designers (Social Media & Brand Creatives) to create high-impact digital content around global investing, Dubai real estate, wealth creation and founder-led branding.

This opportunity is open for full-time, part-time, freelance and internship/trainee engagements. If you are passionate about content, creativity and digital storytelling—and want to work closely with founders, gain hands-on exposure to finance, real estate and digital marketing, and build a long-term career in content, branding and growth marketing using global brands and AI-driven tools—we’d love to hear from you.

Founders’ Background: 

Mint Global is led by founders with 25+ years of experience across Wealth Management, Real Estate and Skill Training. They have built and exited successful ventures (including Indian Realty Exchange acquired by Quikr) and have been associated with leading institutions such as IIMs, SRCC & FMS as alumni and faculty.

Employment Type: Full Time / Part Time / Freelancer

Experience Level: 1-5 Yrs / Graduates / Final-Year Students

Working Days: Mon-Fri, with alternate Saturdays working (Hybrid / Flexi work options)

Salary: 

Full Time - ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 (Negotiable based on experience) + Incentives

Part Time / Freelancer - Work based remuneration

Intern / Trainee - ₹10,000 + Incentives

Role Overview (Common):

As part of Mint Global’s in-house Digital & Content Team, you will work on creating high-impact, educational and engaging digital content around:

• Global Investing & Equity Funds
• Dubai Real Estate
• Wealth Creation & Financial Awareness
• Founder led personal branding

You will collaborate with founders, content strategists, video editors, graphic designers and performance marketers to ensure content builds trust, educates audiences and supports lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategist / Script Writer:

1. Write content ideas and scripts for reels, shorts & AI videos
2. Write carousel text, captions, hooks & CTAs
3. Simplify finance and real estate topics into clear Hinglish / English
4. Support founder-led content and brand storytelling

Video Editor (Reels & Short-Form Content):

1. Create high-retention short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube & similar platforms.
2. Optimise hooks, pacing, captions and overall viewer engagement
3. Work on both human-led and AI-generated video formats
4. Repurpose long-form or raw footage into short, platform-optimised clips

Graphic Designer (Social Media & Brand Creatives): 

1. Translate content ideas & scripts into clear, engaging visual formats.
2. Create carousels, thumbnails, memes & campaign creatives
3. Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography and visual language
4. Support performance marketing with design creatives for ads and promotions
