Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Must be experienced in all formats of video editing, including:
• Short-form content (reels, shorts, TikTok-style edits)
• Long-form content (YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts)
• Ads & promotional videos
• Informational/educational content
• Create attractive, high-CTR thumbnails for YouTube and social media using Photoshop, Canva, or AI tools.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Design supporting graphics and visual assets using Photoshop and Canva.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements.
• Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, music, and effects while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Organize raw footage, maintain proper file management, and follow timely delivery schedules.
• Use basic AI tools for smart editing, subtitles, ideation, and design enhancement.
• Stay updated with editing trends, thumbnail trends, and platform-specific content styles.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Proven experience in short-form and long-form editing.
• Strong skills in thumbnail designing (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (video, image, subtitles).
• Creative eye for visuals, storytelling, and pacing.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Good communication skills and team coordination.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video edits + thumbnails is mandatory.

Local candidates from Mohali/Chandigarh/Panchkula preferred.
