Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

About the Role- Future Funders Immigration is looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken Visa Counsellor who can guide clients regarding overseas immigration programs including Study Visa, PR, Tourist Visa, and Work Visa. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent convincing ability, and a customer-first approach.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Handle walk-ins and telephonic inquiries and provide accurate information about immigration programs and processes.
• Assess client eligibility based on their profile, documentation, and desired country.
• Provide professional counselling and support to clients throughout their visa journey.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with potential leads and ensure timely conversions.
• Explain service packages, fee structures, documentation requirements, and timelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM / internal software.
• Coordinate with visa filing and documentation teams to ensure case accuracy.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales/processing targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive client experience.

• Required Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of overseas immigration processes (Study / PR / Tourist / Work Visa preferred).
• Positive attitude, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
• Good command over English and Hindi; Punjabi will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Counsellor in the immigration or overseas education industry.
• Graduation or relevant qualification preferred.
