Job Description
- Client consultation: Provide expert advice on visa options, requirements, and procedures for various destinations.
- Application management: Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal standards.
- Regulatory knowledge: Stay current with all changes in immigration laws, policies, and regulations for relevant countries.
- Documentation review: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all client documents and application forms.
- Liaison and communication: Act as a liaison between clients and consulates or embassies, and handle all client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Interview preparation: Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews.
- Record keeping: Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
