Visa Counsellor

Job Title: Visa Counsellor Location: Mohali

Department: Immigration / Overseas Education Services

Experience Required: 1–3 years (preferred in visa counselling or overseas education)

Job Summary: The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for providing professional guidance to clients on visa application procedures, documentation, and requirements for various countries. The role requires strong knowledge of immigration policies, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient visa process for each client.

• Key Responsibilities: Counsel clients on appropriate visa categories and requirements.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and embassy procedures.
• Follow up with clients and relevant authorities to track application progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and cases.
• Achieve set counselling and conversion targets in line with company goals.
• Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
