Job Description
- Client Consultation & Assessment: Understand client needs, assess their eligibility for specific visa types (study, work, travel), and explain requirements.
- Documentation Management: Guide clients on required documents, review them for accuracy and completeness, and ensure compliance with immigration laws.
- Application Processing: Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications to universities, consulates, or immigration authorities.
- Information & Guidance: Provide up-to-date information on visa policies, fees, and procedures; prepare clients for visa interviews.
- Liaison & Communication: Act as a point of contact between clients, embassies, consulates, and universities, following up on application statuses.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, confidential records of client interactions, application progress, and personal data.
- Regulatory Awareness: Continuously update knowledge on changing immigration laws and visa regulations for various countries.
