Salary:₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month

• Job Responsibilities: Counsel clients for Study Visa, Work Visa, Tourist Visa, PR, and Immigration services.
• Assess client profiles and guide them on suitable visa options.
• Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, eligibility, and timelines clearly.
• Handle walk-in clients, inbound inquiries, and telephonic consultations.
• Maintain and update client records, files, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the filing team and operations department.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and professional service delivery.
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
• Stay updated with immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
• Required Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, English).
• Strong counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
• Knowledge of visa categories will be an advantage.
• Eligibility: Graduate preferred.
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
• 0–6 months experience in visa counseling or immigration industry, Marketing and sales and banking preferred.

• Good listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
