Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Visa Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international immigration laws, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements. This role involves providing end-to-end counseling and personalized support to clients throughout the visa application process.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on visa options, document requirements, application procedures, and timelines.
• Assess client eligibility for various visa categories (study, work, visitor, permanent residency, etc.).
• Guide clients in compiling and reviewing required documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Keep current with immigration laws, visa updates, and regulatory changes across multiple countries.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration offices to resolve issues and respond to queries.
• Ensure strict compliance with visa application procedures and legal requirements.
• Offer strategic solutions to overcome challenges such as application rejections or documentation gaps.
• Track and communicate application progress to clients at every stage.
• Build strong client relationships through professional advice and reliable support.

• Requirements:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in immigration consulting or visa counseling.
• In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and immigration processes for major destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Punjabi/Hindi an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple applications.
• Familiarity with online visa application portals and embassy procedures.
• Client-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Law, Business).
• Certification or formal training in immigration consultancy is a plus.
