Position: Visa Counsellor / Telecaller

Location: Mohali

Experience: 1–2 Years (Immigration / Telecalling preferred)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (Depends on experience)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for visa/immigration queries

• Guide clients about study/work visa processes

• Convert leads into potential clients

• Maintain follow-ups and client database

• Provide accurate information about countries, documentation & procedures

• Achieve daily/weekly calling & conversion targets

🔹 Requirements

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Punjabi)

• Basic knowledge of visa/immigration (preferred)

• Confident & convincing personality

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge
