The main key roles to search the student databases through Internet and Daily Database will be enriched with the new student clients. Do cold calling to the students maximum and minimum 200 calls required in a day or so with the student’s clients and their database to be maintained, enriched and fully added with new students records on a daily basis. Maximum hiring of the students with the good academic’s background and enclosures of with their good credentials and they should be competent enough with the scores of minimum 55 to 60 % marks in the subjects and maximum high rankers in the studies requires it of for the Placements to the outside international schools, colleges and universities. The key Roles are to handle the entire gamut activities of the Visa Operations, it includes total feedback from the junior manager regarding the daily data of the Visa Filiation and counseling jobs of the different workers and the different key employees from the below levels Daily update to the VP Head Operations regarding the drawbacks and the errors comes in the Visa Compilation and the drawbacks comes in the different counseling methods of the key workers and the employees.
