Job Description
- Visa Processing & Compliance: Managing the full lifecycle of visa and work permit applications, from preparation to submission, while ensuring 100% compliance with immigration laws.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all applications, passports, and permits.
- Advisory & Support: Providing expert guidance to employees, expatriates, or clients regarding visa types, requirements, and procedures.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Staying current with frequently changing immigration laws and updating organizational policies accordingly.
- Liaison with Authorities: Serving as the main point of contact for embassies, consulates, and legal counsel.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing urgent issues, such as delays, missing documents, or rejected applications.
- Team Leadership: Supervising visa staff, providing training, and monitoring performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
