Location: Mohali, Punjab

About the Role:


We are hiring Voice Process Associates for our Mohali office. The role involves handling customer calls (inbound/outbound), resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about products/services.

• Handle complaints and escalate issues when required.

• Update customer records and maintain call logs.

• Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge .

• Ability to work in shifts (if required).

• Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Freshers can apply; experience in BPO/Voice Process will be an advantage.
