Job Description

Job Title: Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Agent

Job Description: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Center Agents for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently through calls, emails, or chats.

  • Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products or services.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses.
