Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Perform physical counts, verify received items against purchase orders, and maintain accurate system records.
• Operations Management: Manage the loading/unloading of trucks, organize storage areas to maximize space, and process shipments.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports on KPIs, warehouse performance, and inventory discrepancies.
• Team Supervision: Train, supervise, and delegate tasks to warehouse staff to ensure productivity.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including handling dangerous goods and maintaining a secure environment.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
