About the Role:

Ornate Inc. is a specialized architectural metalworks company working on custom gates, railings, staircases, and fabrication projects. We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor who can manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure production is completed efficiently and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop operations including fabrication, welding, grinding, and finishing.
• Manage and guide fabrication workers, welders, and helpers.
• Ensure work is executed as per production drawings and measurements.
• Plan daily production targets and track progress.
• Coordinate with the design team and site team for clarifications and timelines.
• Maintain quality control during fabrication.
• Monitor material usage and inventory and report requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, machines, and equipment.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop.
• Report daily progress to management.
• Required SkillsGood understanding of MS fabrication, wrought iron work, and welding processes.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings or fabrication drawings.
• Experience handling fabrication workers and workshop teams.
• Basic knowledge of cutting machines, welding machines, grinders, etc.
• Experiencein a fabrication workshop or similar manufacturing environment.
