Mechanical Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for design, fabrication support, installation supervision, and maintenance of silo systems and related mechanical equipment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mechanical components and systems related to silos, conveyors, and material handling equipment
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, and BOMs
• Coordinate with fabrication, production, and site teams
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety norms, and quality requirements
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and suggest corrective actions
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for technical specifications and material selection
• Support project planning, documentation, and reporting
• Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (silo systems, heavy fabrication, or material handling preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks or similar design software
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, fabrication, and erection processes
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and quality control
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
• Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience with silo design, bulk material handling, or structural coordination
• Familiarity with ERP or project management tools
• Knowledge of IS codes and industrial standards
