Job PurposeTo plan, coordinate, and control end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement coordination, inventory planning, production support, and logistics to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time customer deliveries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
• Plan and monitor material availability as per production schedules.
• Track Purchase Orders, vendor deliveries, and lead times.
• Ensure optimum inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) to avoid shortages or excess.
• Support vendor performance evaluation and follow-ups.
• Monitor GRN, stock movement, and inventory accuracy in ERP/SAP.
• Assist in production planning & control (PPC) coordination.
• Manage logistics and dispatch planning for finished goods.
• Prepare and maintain SCM MIS reports, daily / weekly / monthly.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to FIFO, 5S, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits.

• Skills & CompetenciesGood understanding of Supply Chain & PPC processes
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics
• Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP / Tally
• Proficiency in MS Excel (MIS, tracking, reports)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Educational QualificationGraduate: B.Com / BBA / B.Sc
• Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Production) – preferred
• MBA (Supply Chain / Operations) – added advantage
• Experience2 to 5 years experience in SCM / PPC / Planning role in manufacturing industry
• Fresher with SCM knowledge may be considered (junior role)
