Job Purpose To manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and smooth production support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect raw materials, plastic granules, engineering items, machine spares, tools, and consumables.
• Ensure proper GRN entry and documentation in ERP/SAP system.
• Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and FIFO system.
• Issue materials to production as per authorized material requisition.
• Monitor stock levels, minimum & maximum inventory, and inform purchase for re-ordering.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
• Handle material inward/outward, packing, and dispatch support.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
• Maintain 5S standards and proper housekeeping in stores.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials as per company norms.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Preferred Industry ExposurePlastic Injection Moulding / Manufacturing
• Special Purpose Machine (SPM) / Engineering Industry
• Automotive / Industrial Components
• Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of store procedures and inventory management
• Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP / Tally
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Understanding of FIFO, 5S, stock control
• Good coordination and documentation skills
