As a Product Sales Manager for Trade Forex (TFX) and Foreign Exchange Services (FES), you will be responsible for driving business growth across a cluster of branches or a specific business segment such as Privy, Wealth, WCG, or Corporate Salary. Your core objective will be to identify and capitalize on trade and forex opportunities, enhance product penetration, and ensure high service standards across channels. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You will be expected to support branches in achieving their TFX targets, provide market intelligence, and contribute to product development through feedback and insights. Additionally, you will play a key role in capability building, compliance monitoring, and customer satisfaction.
