Dear Candidate,

 

We need Field Sales Manager in Moradabad RRO location, & Nearby Moradabad RRO location to work in HPCL Project.

 

Working under the company: -

HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited)

 

Payroll under the company: -

Tristar Management Services Pvt Ltd

 

Profile: Junior Regional Sales Manager (For Fleet Card or loyalty card which we use for petroleum)

 

Min Qualification: Graduation

 

Work Experience: Min 5 Year sales and marketing experience (with the Team handling experience).

 

Location – Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh

 

Salary structure is below for your reference.

CTC- 38,784 (with PF) plus incentives, bonus & leaves

In hand salary- 30,334/- pm

Gross Salary- 34,584/-pm

 

Client - Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (Company is into Oil and Gas government Firm) on contract basis for 3 yrs. and 4 months on probationary period & renewal.

               

 

What is a Drive Track Plus (Petro Card)?

 

  • Petro Card is similar like Debit / Credit Card which is used to purchase the fuel if we don’t have hard cash with us.
  • This Fuel Card is use only in the HPCL Petroleum. You can swipe this card in Petroleum and purchase the Fuel.
  • You fill up your vehicle, then go to the kiosk/ Booth/ Shop to pay using the Petro / Fuel card, which will either be swiped by the shop assistant, or inserted into the chip and pin machine like a conventional card.
  • You have to enrol this card to who have bulk of Two / Four-wheeler, Truck & Tempo (For e.g.- Travel agencies, Fleet owners etc).

 

Job Description: -

 

  • Managing Sales of HPCL fleet Card /Loyalty Card at Moradabad and nearby Moradabad locations.
  • Maintaining Relationship with the petrol pumps owners for prompt customer services and enrolling transporters in the prepaid Petro card programme
  • Monitoring all the corporate, same and key account sale in the region
  • Monitoring teams’ performance and also maintaining relationship with the zonal managers for better penetration in the market and exploring new avenues of business Achievements.
  • Desired Skills - Experienced Sales professional with ability to lead and manage sales team. Penetrate new markets Confident.

  • Mediclaim Insurance: Company will provide a Mediclaim insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakhs p.a for you and 3 other dependent family members and

You will also be covered with life insurance benefit coverage of Rs. 20 lakhs. P.a

 

  • Telephone Charges: Company will provide you fixed telephone charges of Rs.600 per month.

 

  • Conveyance Expenses or Travel Expenses – Company will provide you the travel expenses according to the Tire cities, which will be based on the location where you are posted:

If you are posted under the tire 1 city, so company will provide you 100 Rs. per day it means will provide you Rs.2600 pm

* Night Halt Charges: If you are going to outside your sales territory for the official work and you are staying in the same location overnight, then the company will provide you the night halt charges of minimum of Rs. 1000 to Max. of Rs. 2000 per night. But you have to be approved by your senior officers of HPCL.
