Job Description

The Sales Field Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Varshney Cement across the assigned districts. The role involves managing dealer and customer relationships, expanding the dealer network, and ensuring excellent customer service. The manager will lead and train the sales team, coordinate with internal departments, and provide regular sales reports. Key duties include market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining brand presence in the market. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are required, along with experience in the cement or construction materials industry.


This role requires proactive market engagement and overseeing sales operations to drive growth and meet company objectives within Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur and Sambhal Districts.
