Assistant Sales Manager

Company Details:

Our client company is a technically driven company providing a wide portfolio in the field of ceramic raw material supply chain, installation, testing and R&D of ceramic raw material goods and services to various ceramic industries.

Job Profile:

·        Responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the ceramic industry.

·        Promote and sell ceramic inks, glaze, frit, and related raw materials to ceramic tile manufacturers.

·        Customer handling and problem-solving ability.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

·        Identify new business opportunities in domestic markets.

·        Provide technical support and product guidance to customers in coordination with the R&D team.

·        Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

·        Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand

·        Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up.

Desired Candidate: -

·        Any Graduate or Diploma holder with around 4-6 Years of experience in sales leadership and management, with the ability to create and execute long-term sales strategies in the Ceramic Industry

·        Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
