Job Title: Factory Manager (Operations)

Location: Samakhiyali, Bhachau, Gujarat

Job Summary: We are a growing Tyre Recycling company seeking a dedicated, "on-the-floor" Factory Manager to oversee our production facility in Samakhiyali. Your primary mission will be to maximize plant uptime, optimize production volume, and ensure the seamless movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Uptime: Oversee daily operations to ensure the plant runs at maximum capacity. Identify bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions to reduce machine downtime.
• Workforce Management: Directly manage and motivate a team of 40 staff members, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Logistics Oversight: Supervise the loading and unloading of scrap tyres and recycled end-products to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with technical staff to ensure preventive maintenance is performed without disrupting production targets.
• Reporting: Maintain basic digital records of production output, labor hours, and material movement using computer systems.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate degree in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing or processing plant (Experience in recycling or heavy industry is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations (Excel/Reporting) for data entry and production tracking.
• Language: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
• Attributes: Must be a "floor manager" who prefers being active in the plant rather than sitting in an office. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
