Job Title: HR Executive

- Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Post job openings and screen candidates
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR MIS
- Support payroll processing and compliance
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 1 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
