Role Overview:

As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will be responsible for assisting in overall store operations, leading the on-ground team, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining smooth daily operations in coordination with the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations including order picking, packing, inventory management, and dispatch.

Ensure team adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Manage manpower scheduling and shift rosters (morning, evening, and night).

Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of pickers, loaders, and delivery associates.

Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment.

Track and report key operational metrics such as order accuracy, shrinkage, and turnaround time.

Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges quickly.

Support Store Manager in achieving performance and cost efficiency goals.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred in any stream).

Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse/store/retail/logistics operations.

Skills:

Leadership & team management

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, reports).

Strong communication (English, Hindi, Marathi).

Problem-solving & decision-making ability.
