Job Overview:

The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure financial support for the organization through donations, grants, and fundraising campaigns. This role involves building relationships with donors, organizing fundraising events, and identifying new opportunities to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Donor Cultivation and Relationship Management:

Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.

Maintain and update donor records, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.

Create personalized communication strategies to engage and retain donors.

Fundraising Campaigns and Events:

Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, or online campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives.

Set fundraising goals and monitor progress to meet or exceed targets
