**Job Description:**

As a Restaurant Manager at Flamin Hot Chicken, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. You will lead a team of dedicated staff members, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold our brand reputation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Lead and motivate a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

2. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.

3. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.

4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve financial targets.

5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales trends, labor costs, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

6. Create and enforce operating procedures and policies to maintain consistency and efficiency in daily operations.

7. Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and teamwork.

8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

9. Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers.

10. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence among all staff members.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in managing financials, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
