Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily food and beverage operations at our boutique resorts. The role involves assisting in managing restaurant service, team supervision, guest satisfaction, and maintaining service and hygiene standards while working closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing day-to-day restaurant and F&B service operations.
• Supervise floor service to ensure high standards of guest experience.
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist with inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management.
• Support execution of promotions, events, and special dining experiences.
• Requirements2–4 years of experience in F&B service or restaurant operations (hotel/resort experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-handling skills.
• Good understanding of service standards, food safety, and basic cost control.
• Guest-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate and stay on property at Karjat, Mulshi, or Lonavala.
