Job Title: Field Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, supervising field staff, ensuring work is completed on time, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The role involves coordination between the office and field teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage field staff on a daily basis.
2. Assign work and ensure targets are achieved on time.
3. Monitor field activities and ensure adherence to company policies.
4. Conduct site visits and inspections regularly.
5. Maintain attendance, daily reports, and productivity records.
6. Resolve on-site issues and support field employees.
7. Ensure safety rules and operational guidelines are followed.
8. Coordinate with management for updates and reporting.
9. Train new field staff and guide existing team members.
10. Handle customer or site-related queries professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
2. 1–3 years of experience in field supervision or similar role
3. Good communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
5. Basic knowledge of reporting (Excel / mobile apps).
6. Willingness to travel extensively.
