Vibescapes is a fast-growing boutique hospitality brand managing nature-immersive resorts and villas across Maharashtra. Our properties blend affordable luxury, local charm, and professional hospitality to create memorable getaways for our guests. We currently operate multiple boutique resorts and villas in scenic destinations like Karjat, Mulshi, and Lonavala.

Role: Property Manager (End-to-End Operations)

We are seeking dynamic and hands-on Property Managers to lead operations across our boutique properties. This is an on-ground leadership role for someone who can independently oversee day-to-day functions, ensure seamless guest experiences, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, events, and maintenance.
• Recruit, train, and manage local teams to deliver high hospitality standards.
• Ensure property upkeep, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance at all times.
• Implement and monitor SOPs across departments for consistency and efficiency.
• Work with the corporate team to innovate F&B offerings and improve guest experiences.
• Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service recovery and personal engagement.
• Manage restaurant and event operations, ensuring smooth and memorable experiences.
• Track and manage operational costs, inventory, and budgets effectively.
• Report regularly to the Vibescapes corporate team on operations, performance, and brand standards.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in hospitality operations (preferably in boutique resorts, villas, or premium hotels).
• Strong leadership and people management skills – ability to build and lead teams independently.
• Hands-on approach with experience managing multiple departments (Rooms, F&B, Events).
• Excellent communication, guest relations, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate full-time to Karjat, Mulshi, or Lonavala.
