Production Engineer

We are looking for a similar candidate who has an experience in Bulk material handling systems, PEB Structural Fabrication and Erection, Heavy Structural Production

planning and scheduling

• Create and organize production schedules based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Allocate resources like staff, equipment, and materials effectively.
• Negotiate and agree on production budgets and timescales. 

Staff and resource management

• Supervise, manage, and guide the production team, including training and performance evaluation.
• Manage and maintain production equipment, including scheduling repairs and routine maintenance.
• Monitor and manage material inventory. 

Quality and efficiency

• Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
• Monitor production output and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements. 

Safety and compliance

• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Enforce safety protocols and provide a safe working environment for all staff. 

Collaboration and reporting

• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, sales, and quality assurance.
• Communicate production status, issues, and progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with buyers and marketing and sales staff to align production with market needs.
