Responsibilities of candidates include:

1.Keeping track of complete documentation, including taking feedback and scheduling fees.
2.Coordinate with the university for all the queries and be a part of weekly reviews with the university.
3.Keeping the stakeholders informed about changes or any update happening with related to Programme.
4.Daily review of leads, lead analysis on contact duration, outcome of the lead and type of lead sources and sharing of feedback to the concerned team.
5.Provide orientation information to students through sms, calls and mails and handle major student escalations.
