Job Description – Sales Trainee (Freshers) / Academic Counselor (EdTech)- Experienced

Key Responsibilities:•

Counsel students on courses, curriculum, and career opportunities

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs

• Guide students through the complete admission process

• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments

• Conduct online and face-to-face counseling sessions

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents

• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ For Freshers (Sales Trainee):

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
• Stipend: ₹20,000/month
• Training Duration: 2 Months
• After Training 6 LPA
• Strong interest in sales and counseling
• Confident, presentable, and target-driven

✅ For Experienced (Academic Counselor):

• Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counseling
• Salary : Up to 10 LPA
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Work Details:📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

⏰ Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
